CONTRACT PRODUCTION OF CUSTOMER OWNED SHOWS
30-Minute TV Shows Range in Price from $3500 to $15,000
30-Second Television Commercials Average $2500

This package includes concept creation, writing, direction,
videotaping, editing, master reel, and 3 duplicate copies
for distribution to the media you choose to use.

Contract terms usually require one-third of the
total fee upon commencement of contract,
one-third upon initial shooting, one-third
upon commencement of editing.
Balance, if any, at time of
completion of project
and delivery of
master reels.

MEDIA BUYING

Media time varies from local region, city, state or country.
Customers arrange and pay for their own media time.

We are available for consulting with respect to all
matters of media research, selection and
placement. Customers contract
directly with media they select.
And, pay stations directly.
We are not in the media
selling business, nor
make any fees
on media
time.

Location fee, studio space, actors or extras, voice-overs, narrator, make-up,

multiple duplicate copies of the media for stations, re-editing
of material from time to time for updating content, etc.

EXAMPLE OF EARNINGS FROM A SHOW

The following information is specific to one television production project offering
realtors a method of marketing their residential real estate
properties for sale in South Florida.

One Partner provided the seed capital to launch the project and real estate
agents paid fees to have homes and commercials included.
Shows were updated monthly with new offerings.
The cost for real estate agents to participate
was $200 per minute and/or $100 for a
30-second commercial spot.

ROYALTY EARNINGS BASED UPON THIS EXAMPLE

Capital Contribution:
A. 10% total interest in one show is $ 3,000
B. 20% total interest in one show is $ 6,000
C. 30% total interest in one show is $ 12,000
